Renovation- Little Egg Harbor Twp.

N2 Architecture was retained to design an extensive renovation to an in existing home in Little Egg Harbor Township. The house was already supported on timber piles but needed to be elevated an additional two feet in order to provide usable storage space below and to mitigate the regular flooding that is common in the area. Along with a new foundation, the design also included updating the aging façade, a new two story deck, and a new interior stair case that connects all floors.
