Renovation – Mantoloking Shores

N2 Architecture designed a new second floor addition and new elevated foundation for this Mantoloking Shores property that sustained damage from Superstorm Sandy. Those renovations provided a good basis for an addition built around the existing first floor layout. The house will be elevated well above the flood plain while allowing for interaction with the adjacent grade and dock.
